The production of biogas is strategically key to secure energy security and to contributing to the reduction of carbon emissions. KlimatelinK Biogas Community is organising a unique event including the visit of Samsun MSW landfill site with the team from Samsun Advan Energy where you would be able to see the generation of electricity from biogas and landfill gas. You will also be able to access experts in roundtable discussions as 3 experts from the Turkish and biogas industry will be presenting their projects and research progress.
The city of Samsun is at a 90 minute flight distance from Istanbul
2 day event including:
- Thursday 22.9 - Meeting in the evening at the hotel in Samsun
- Friday 23.9 - Presentation from 3 speakers and visit of the MSW landfill facility
- Saturday 24.9 - Networking and visit of the surrounding beauty of the Samsun Region including the unique Canyon of Sahinkay
