Anne-France Kennedy leads the team as the CEO as she has extensive experience in entrepreneurship. Ex-corporate executive (France, US, UK) she moved to social entrepreneurship 15 years ago to set up ventures in microfinance, energy efficiency and the circular economy. She holds two Master's degrees, one in Economics & Finance (France) and one in Sustainability (UK).
Alina leads the team as Chief Development Officer and has over 10 years’ experience working across the United Kingdom, China and Singapore. She is currently Head of Finance (ASEAN) in Singapore. She is CIMA/CGMA qualified with experiences across various finance functions, specialising in financial planning and analysis and continuous improvement to risk management.
Sandeep leads the team as Chief Product Officer with 14 years of cross-industry background in Digital Transformation, Advisory, Consulting, FinTech/Consumer Insights/Knowledge Capability driver. His past experience includes working at Northern Railways, Unilever, British Gas, PricewaterhouseCoopers, KBC Advanced Technologies and, most recently, at Kellogg Brown & Root.
NetZero & Carbon credits manager
Abi supports the team on managing partners, experts, practitioners and influencers within each of the working groups. She is currently based in Cornwall and is passionate about sustainability and climate change. She has 3 years of experience working in environmental roles across the UK and in Belgium and has a BSc in Environmental Science.
Head of Operations
Agnès is responsible for the Operations function, and is involved in all aspects of the CEO’s office operational initiatives. She has over 20 years’ business experience. Agnès has worked across the financial (stockbroking), family office (operational and real estate asset management) and environmental impact sectors. Highly detailed and thorough, she promotes excellence and continuous improvements.

Julies passion for developing relationships, doing her part for the environment and learning more along the way have been the driving forces behind her desire to join the KlimatelinK community. Julie has a background in procurement and supply chain.
Extended Global Team
Hydrogen and Biogas Communities Facilitator
Longtong supports the team as a facilitator for the hydrogen and Biogas community. She is based in Nottingham and currently concluding her PhD in Chemical/Environmental Engineering. Her experience as a Petroleum Engineer is her biggest motivation to develop new and sustainable solutions for energy generation.
Jane supports the team as a Branding Strategy Lead focusing on social media strategy to help the team raise awareness of Klimatelink capability globally. An entrepreneurial spirit and innovative mindset marketer. She will assist in the development enforcement of brand guidelines and provide recommendations and feedback on campaign from launch to audience engagements.
Soil and Biochar Communities Facilitator
Dyuti supports the team as the Operations Lead to support team coordination activities. She conducts ground coordination for content creation and facilitates partner and user engagement for the Soil Regeneration climate community. She currently works as a Research Assistant under fixed income research at a financial services firm. Her prior work experience includes JP Morgan Chase and Kotak Securities.
Fashion Community Facilitator
Louison supports the team as a community host for fashion. She is currently a student at University College London (UCL), in her last year of a BA Arts and Sciences, her area of focus is around Engineering and design, interaction design, and design thinking. Her experience includes working at a French charity ‘Start-up for kids’ that promotes technology project for underprivileged children, as well as other areas like ‘Angelscube’, and investor club that finds rising startups and help them connect with people in the industry.
Janee is supporting the Singapore team in operations and partnerships. Having cross-functional experience in operations, communications and marketing, she is able to streamline workflows and facilitate multiple on-ground activities. An apprentice conversationalist determined to weave better conversations into her daily life, she hopes to onboard an inspired community of like-minded and sustainability-driven professionals to make a real, positive impact on the environment.
Engineering Domain Expert
Kimon is an experienced multidisciplinary engineer specialising in developing new technologies and products, with an exceptional analytical and intuitive understanding of physical systems. He has advised VCs on technology investments. In the sustainability field he has worked on smart metering and grid demand switching management, as well as emission reduction. He works with the Carbon Thirteen venture accelerator as a Domain Expert, concentrating on the actual carbon savings likely to be realised by innovations.
Mitch supports the team on partnerships for Singapore and South East Asia region. He has more than 12 years experience leveraging on technology and innovation to solve enterprise and world problems. His current interests are tackling Greenhouse gases (GHG) emissions and finding new sources of alternative proteins. Mitch holds a Computer Engineering degree from National University of Singapore.
Ocean & Forestation Communities facilitator
Defne is in her first year of BSc Geography at University College London (UCL). Her main area of focus is physical geography. She is based in London and is interested in understanding climate change through physical features in order to efficiently introduce sustainability in the business world. Her prior experiences include internships at the Nature Conservation Centre in Ankara and at the World Wide Fund for Nature Mediterranean Programme (WWF MedPo) in Rome, where she contributed her marketing and communication skills to raise awareness about species’ extinction.
Bluvin is a Mechanical engineer with years of project management experience in manufacturing environments. A team-oriented leader with expertise in production and projects in the biochar and activated carbon industry. Efficiency-driven and industrious with strong attention to detail and the desire to contribute expertise to enhancing the business operation.
Some of his notable capabilities include process development, scale-up, and commercialization of new products to meet changing industry needs.
Energy Efficiency Community Facilitator

Saieela is from Pakistan and is based in Abu d'Habi. She has been working for the last 10 years in environmental research and sustainability in academic setting as well as public and private sectors. She joined. Klimatelink as she is fully aligned with the founders' vision to create links between. professionals from sectors and experience for more impactful collaboration.
Juliette O' Neill
Juliette has recently graduated from Durham University with a BA in Social Sciences, having keenly researched the social theory linked in to, and the social consequences of white collar crime, with a specific focus on environmental crime. She is taking on the role of coordinating member engagement.
